Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog! I hope you are having a great day! I make a smoothie everyday and now that Fall is here it’s been fun switching up the ingredients to include seasonal fall flavors! Check out the recipes below!

Maple Walnut

Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 serving plant-based protein powder
- 1 cup ice
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute, enjoy!

Turmeric Persimmon

Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 serving plant-based protein powder
- 1 cup ice
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 fuyu persimmon
Instructions
- Wash and chop the persimmon, remove the top, core and any seeds.
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for one minute, enjoy!

Pumpkin Chai

- 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
