Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog! I hope you are having a great day! I make a smoothie everyday and now that Fall is here it’s been fun switching up the ingredients to include seasonal fall flavors! Check out the recipes below!

Maple Walnut
Serves 1

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup non-dairy milk
  2. 1 serving plant-based protein powder
  3. 1 cup ice
  4. 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  5. 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  6. 1/4 cup walnuts
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute, enjoy!

Turmeric Persimmon
Serves 1

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup non-dairy milk
  2. 1 serving plant-based protein powder
  3. 1 cup ice
  4. 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  6. 1 fuyu persimmon
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the persimmon, remove the top, core and any seeds.
  2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for one minute, enjoy!

Pumpkin Chai

  1. 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  2. 1 serving plant-based protein powder
  3. 1 cup ice
  4. 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  5. 3-4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  6. 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute, enjoy!
