Apple Pie Chia Pudding
Serves 1
This delicious Fall recipe is from the HGG Member Fall Meal Plan 2016
  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1/4 cup whole chia seeds
  3. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 tablespoon real maple syrup
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  1. 1 small apple, diced
  2. 1 tablespoon of walnuts
  3. Pinch of cinnamon
  1. Add all pudding ingredients into a small jar or container and mix together with a spoon. Cover & place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Top with diced apples, walnuts & an additional sprinkle of cinnamon!
