DIY Fruit & Veggie Chips

Happy Thursday! Today I’m sharing how to make homemade fruit & veggie chips. I love my fruits and veggies and I also LOVE crispy, crunchy snacks! I hope you enjoy today’s video! Share with me your fruit & veggie chip creations online with #HealthyGroceryGirl!

Apple, Zucchini & Sweet Potato Chips
  1. 1 apple
  2. 1 sweet potato
  3. 1 zucchini
  1. Wash and slice apple, sweet potato & zucchini into even slices. You can also use a mandoline, a kitchen gadget that helps slice produce evenly.
  2. Place slices between paper towels and roll over the top with a rolling pin to remove excess water
  3. Place slices on a baking sheet & cook in the oven for one hour at 225 degrees Fahrenheit
  4. Optional: Drizzle with a little coconut oil & sea salt for even more flavor before cooking in the oven!
