Easy Healthy Oatmeal Recipe

| | | | |

Hi Friends! Welcome back to Healthy Grocery Girl! One of my daughter’s favorite breakfasts is “OATS!” as she calls them. Oatmeal is an easy, healthy breakfast that we all love. It’s simple to make and you can add so many different fun ingredients to boost the flavor and nutrition! “Ella’s Oats” are made with rolled oats, flaxseeds, hemp seeds and cinnamon. You can make oatmeal with water or milk, we love using a plant-based pea protein milk for a boost of protein, calcium, vitamin D and B vitamins! While this is the oatmeal we meal prep for our daughter, it’s also a really great breakfast for anyone – kids, teens, adults! I love my oats with some chopped almonds, fresh fruit such a blueberries or banana and cup of coffee or tea! I hope you enjoy this recipe and if you make + share on social please tag me @HealthyGroceryGirl on Instagram  so I can find and like your photos!
