Garlic Twists
Serves 4
Great snack or appetizer!
  1. 16-ounces pizza dough (homemade or frozen)
  2. 2 tablespoons hemp oil
  3. 3 cloves of garlic (diced)
  4. 2 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
  5. sea salt
  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Let your pizza dough (thaw if frozen) fully rise
  3. Rollout your dough, more into the shape of a rectangle than into a circle
  4. Brush the hemp oil liberally over the dough, then sprinkle on the diced garlic and hemp hearts. Cut the dough into strips about 1.5 inches wide
  5. Fold the strips in half and twist
  6. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and bake in the oven for 10 minutes

 Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe

Chocolate Green Smoothie
Serves 1
It's so good!
  1. 1.5 cups kale (washed)
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1.5 cups hemp milk
  4. 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  5. 3 tablespoon Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
  6. 3-4 cubes of ice
  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to a 1 minute, until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass, top with more hemp hearts & enjoy!

Coconut Yogurt & Hemp Heart Parfait
Serves 1
A great breakfast, snack or dessert!
  1. 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup granola
  3. 1/4 cup blueberries
  4. 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  5. 2 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
  1. Layer ingredients in a bowl or mason jar, from the bottom up: yogurt, granola, blueberries, hemp hearts, yogurt, granola, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts!
