Easy Homemade Dark Chocolate Bark

I love chocolate! I eat it every. single. day. Dark chocolate is my go-to and I love that it’s packed with anti-oxidants and iron! It’s a wonderful thing that dark-chocolate is both good for you & great tasting! Being that it’s the Holiday season I thought I would share with you how to make an easy dark chocolate bark that is vegan, gluten-free & delicious! Dark Chocolate Bark

BARK INGREDIENTS
  1. 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
TOPPING 1 INGREDIENTS
  1. Pistachios
  2. Goji Berries
  3. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Heart Toppers: Cacao & Coconut
TOPPING 2 INGREDIENTS
  1. Toasted Coconut
  2. Dried Cranberries
  3. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
TOPPING 3 INGREDIENTS
  1. Sliced Almonds
  2. Pumpkin Seeds
  3. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate stirring often, in a double boiler on the stovetop
  2. Pour melted chocolate over non-stick surface on a baking sheet, I like to use a Silpat
  3. Top with toppings!
  4. Let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight
  5. Break into pieces and then enjoy!
  6. Keep stored in the freezer
