Healthy Lemon Recipes
One of my favorite ingredients throughout the entire year and especially during the Holiday season is Lemon! Lemons are so versatile from recipes to home cleaning solutions to natural beauty recipes. Lemons are also rich in so many vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B5, vitamin E, folate, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc. Consuming lemons on a regular basis has been associated with improving skin health & maintaining a healthy complexion, increasing iron absorption and can also help the body naturally cleanse and detoxify.
