Healthy Snack Ideas |Quick, Easy, Kid Friendly

Nut & Seed Snack Bars
Serves 8

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups of dates
  2. 2/3 cup oats
  3. 2/3 cup almonds
  4. 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  5. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  6. 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you get a crumbly and sticky mixture
  2. Transfer mixture into a dish and press firmly with your hands
  3. Then cover and let set in the freezer for 4 hours
  4. Once bars have "set" for a few hours cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
  5. I store my snack bars in the fridge or freezer

  1. Make 8 - 10 bars
