Love a good Muesli.
“Muesli a popular breakfast cereal based on uncooked rolled oats, fruit and nuts. It was developed around 1900 by a Swiss physician Maximilian Bircher-Benner for patients in his hospital.”
I was craving cereal the other day, and decided to use what I had “laying” around to make a quick fix bowl of cold crunch. I then was inspired to just make my very own cereal and headed to the store to fulfill my idea.
1 Cup Quinoa Flakes
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup Barley Flakes
1/2 Cup Chopped Dates
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries or Dried Blueberries
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup Slivered / Sliced Almonds
Sprinkling of Cinnamon
Spoon it all together.

You Have to Try it!
Pour in a bowl, about 1/2 Cup is a serving
Top with almond milk & sliced bananas, shredded coconut would be delicious as well!
Spoon. Eat. Repeat.
