Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog! Today we are sharing with you a Lemon Chia Energy Drink that is the perfect boost for the beginning of your day or to fight the mid afternoon slump!

Ingredients
  1. 1 Limoneira Classic lemon
  2. 1/2 tablespoon raw local honey
  3. 12 ounces of filtered water
  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
  1. In a medium glass, juice 1/4 of lemon.
  2. Add in raw local honey, filtered water, chia seeds and stir until well combined.
  3. Let sit for at least 10 minutes and enjoy!
