Ingredients
  1. 3 tablespoons Limoneira Classic Lemon juice
  2. 3 tablespoons Limoneira Navel Orange juice
  3. 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  4. 1 cup dried apricots
  5. 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  6. 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except the shredded coconut, into a food processor and pulse until batter forms.
  2. Form batter into balls and roll in shredded coconut, enjoy!
