Lemon Orange Energy Bites
These bites are quick, easy, low in sugar and most importantly delicious! Start your New Year right by making a couple batches of these! Quick tip: They freeze well 🙂
- 3 tablespoons Limoneira Classic Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Limoneira Navel Orange juice
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Add all ingredients, except the shredded coconut, into a food processor and pulse until batter forms.
- Form batter into balls and roll in shredded coconut, enjoy!
