LEMON TAHINI SALAD DRESSING
Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog. Today I’m sharing how to make an easy homemade Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing. This dressing is thick and creamy, dairy-free and gluten-free! Tahini is made from ground sesame seeds, so I love that this dressing has a boost of protein and fiber. Enjoy!
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 6 roasted garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons tahini (ground sesame seeds)
- pinch sea salt
- Add all ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth
