Maple PB Pinwheels
This recipe is easy to make, requires no cooking and is great for kids or adults! It’s a delicious quick breakfast, can be packed as part of a healthy lunch or as an afternoon snack!
Maple Peanut Butter Pinwheels
Makes One Serving
1 whole-wheat tortilla or brown rice tortilla (GF)
1 or 2 tablespoons of Organic peanut Butter
1 teaspoon of 100% pure maple syrup
Spread peanut butter on tortilla & drizzle with maple syrup. Roll up, eat as is or slice into 1-inch size pieces to create “pinwheels”.
