
Mason Jar Salads
Healthy & Easy Lunch Ideas
I love mason jars! We use them to drink water, iced-coffee & smoothies. They are great for storing leftovers in the fridge & one of my other favorite uses for Mason Jars is meal prep! I love making Mason Jar Salad meals because visually, they are just so beautiful! You may wonder, how do you eat a salad from a mason jar? First, if you leave a little room in the mason jar (which I usually forget to do ha), you can then “shake it” and all the salad ingredients will mix together. Another option is to use your mason jar as a way to transport or store your prepped salad and then pour the ingredients out in a bowl when it’s time to enjoy, this is what I typically do.

- 1 - 2 tablespoons HGG's Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup apples, diced
- 1/4 cup radishes, diced
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 -2 cups of packed kale
- Top with broccoli sprouts
- Add all ingredients into a mason jar (in the order listed above)
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 - 4 days
- Pour into a bowl when ready to enjoy
- Choose Organic Ingredients When Possible
- Feel free to adjust the quantity of all ingredients listed to your liking and personal dietary needs!
HGG’s Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe


- 2 tablespoons of HGG's Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- 2 tablespoons of salsa
- 1/2 cup kidney beans
- 2 tablespoons white onion, diced
- 2 tablespoon black olives, diced
- 1 - 2 cups of romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
- Add ingredients into a mason jar, in the order listed above
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 - 4 days
- Pour salad into a bowl when ready to enjoy
- Choose Organic ingredients when possible
- Feel free to adjust ingredient quantity to your liking and personal dietary needs

- 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup sweet orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 -2 cup of spinach
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- Add all ingredients into a mason jar, in the order listed above
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 - 4 days
- Pour into a bowl when ready to enjoy
