Happy New Year!!

As we celebrate the end of one year and welcome the new, it’s common to keep on rolling with the holiday festivities of food, drinks and desserts! Try these two non-alcoholic, delicious and healthy beverage recipes to celebrate the New Year in Healthy Style!!

Cheery Cherry Sparkler 

Ingredients:

4 ounces sparkling water

1/2 tablespoon Genki-Su Pear

1 skewer of frozen cherries

Directions:

Add sparkling water and Genki-Su to a small cup

With a skewer add fresh or frozen cherries

Place skewer or stir straw in glass and enjoy!

 

Cranberry Green Tea *Hot!*

Ingredients:

8 ounces of warm water

1 Green Tea bag, I love Yogi or Traditional Medicinals Tea!

1 tablespoon Cranberry Genki-Su

1 teaspoon raw local honey!

Directions:

Heat water in kettle and let green tea bag steep in water for 2-3 minutes

Add Genki-su and honey, stirring well before enjoying!
