Orange Oat Energy Bars

We are always looking for quick grab-n-go breakfast recipes that are nourishing and will keep us full! I’m excited to share with you this recipe for these quick & easy Orange Oat Energy Bars! Made with real, simple ingredients and can be prepped ahead of time! 

Orange Oat Energy Bars

Ingredients
  1. 3 tablespoons Limoneira navel orange juice
  2. 1.5 cups oats
  3. 8 oz pitted dates
  4. 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  5. 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until stick batter forms.
  2. Press batter into pan lined with parchment paper and let freeze for 2+ hours.
  3. Top with some orange zest, cut into bars and enjoy!
