
PLANT-BASED CHARCUTERIE BOARD
Hi Everyone! Welcome back to Healthy Grocery Girl! Today I’m sharing how to make a Plant-Based Charcuterie Board and 3 quick, tasty snacks! Now that Fall is here that means Football season, tailgate parties and before we know it, Halloween and the Holidays! A Plant-Based Charcuterie Board is a great option for a party and can be made with a variety of ingredients. Here are some examples:
- Gluten-Free Crackers
- Olive Tapenade
- Olive & Veggie Skewers
- Hummus
- Veggies
- Nuts
- Fruit
I eat olives pretty much every single day! Olives are a wholesome, delicious choice and contain good for you monounsaturated fats, which are essential for feeling full & satisfied! A big thanks to Pearls Olives for partnering with us on this video!
- 2 (15-ounce) cans pitted Pearls Olives
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 3 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well mixed.

- Gluten-Free Cracker
- Hummus
- Pearls Specialty Olives
- Arugula
- Hemp Seeds
- Spread hummus on each cracker. Top each cracker with one olive, arugula and a sprinkle of seeds.


- SNACK 3: Olive and Veggie Snack Skewers
- Skewer
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Zucchini
- Pearls Specialty Olives
- Place all ingredients on skewer and enjoy!
