Pumpkin Pie Smoothie!

Fall is my favorite season! The leaves, the scarves, the delicious fall food. One of my favorite fall treats is pumpkin, and one of my favorite breakfasts is a smoothie. So naturally these two loves merged together to create, my Pumpkin Pie Smoothie!

HGG’s Pumpkin Pie Smoothie 

Serves 1 

Ingredients:

1 serving Healthy Grocery Girl® Plant Protein powder

1 cup almond milk

1 medium banana

1/3 cup organic canned unsweetened pumpkin (or a little more if you’re crazy in love with good ol’ pumpk!)

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 tablespoon ground flax seed

3-4 ice cubes

*Optional* Add an additional 1/4 to 1/2 cup of ice water if you desire more volume and or a thinner consistency

Directions:

In a high speed blender, add all ingredients and blend together for 1-2 minutes, or until evenly mixed. Enjoy immediately!
