Sneaky Spinach Smoothies

It can difficult for everyone to consume all of the greens we need in a day to thrive and be healthy! If you’re a mom hoping your little one will eat more greens, or just a busy guy or gal on the go looking for a quick way to boost nutrition, you’ll love these sneaky spinach smoothie recipes! These smoothies are designed to be a snack, however I’ve include options to boost the protein to make them a satisfying meal.

Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

Makes One Serving

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach

1 medium banana

1 cup coconut water

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 tablespoon peanut butter

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender & blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!

*Optional Ingredients to boost protein and make it a meal! Plant-Based Protein Powder, Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, Chia Seeds and or Hemp Seeds!

Chocolate Greens Smoothie

Makes One Serving

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach

1 medium banana

1 cup coconut water

1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao or coco powder

1 cup of ice

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender & blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!

*Optional Ingredients to boost protein and make it a meal! Plant-Based Protein Powder, Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, Chia Seeds and or Hemp Seeds!

 

Blackberry Smoothie

Makes One Serving

Ingredients: 

1 cup fresh spinach

1 medium banana

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup frozen blackberries

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender & blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
