
SWEET POTATO TOAST 3 WAYS
Hi Friends! Welcome Back To The Blog! Today I’m sharing how to make Sweet Potato Toast! This is a great recipe for those who are looking to change up their toast routine, are gluten-free or just love sweet potatoes! The topping possibilities are endless! - 1 Sweet Potato (Try and pick one that is symmetrical & wide to create nice flat pieces of toast)
- Naturally More Almond Butter, cacao nibs, blackberries (or any berry) unsweetened shredded coconut
- Avocado slices, sea salt, red chili pepper flakes
- Very Veggie: Cucumber ribbons, olives, whites beans, lemon juice & dried basil
- Slice sweet potato into 1/4 inch pieces & place in toaster for 3-4 times or 5 minutes or until sweet potatoes are toasted.
- Almond butter, cacao nibs, blackberries & shredded coconut
- Avocado slices, sea salt & red chili pepper flakes
- In a small bowl add cucumber ribbons, olives, whites beans, lemon juice & dried basil. Mix together & top on sweet potato toast!
