Now that Fall is here that means Football season, tailgate parties and before we know it, Halloween and the Holidays! A Plant-Based Charcuterie Board is a great option for a party and can be made with a variety of ingredients. Here are some examples:

  • Gluten-Free Crackers
  • Olive Tapenade
  • Olive & Veggie Skewers
  • Hummus
  • Veggies
  • Nuts
  • Fruit

I eat olives pretty much every single day! Olives are a wholesome, delicious choice and contain good for you monounsaturated fats, which are essential for feeling full & satisfied! A big thanks to Pearls Olives for partnering with us on this video!

Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans pitted Pearls Olives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well mixed.

Mini Olive & Cracker Bites

  • Gluten-Free Cracker
  • Hummus
  • Pearls Specialty Olives
  • Arugula
  • Hemp Seeds

Instructions

  • Spread hummus on each cracker. Top each cracker with one olive, arugula and a sprinkle of seeds.
