Tangy Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch curly kale, rinse & deveined
  2. 1 green apple, washed & chopped
  3. 1 non-dairy yogurt
  4. 1 lime, juiced
  5. 1 inch, fresh ginger, peeled
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for one minute. Enjoy!
