Veggie Hummus Cups
It’s Summer! Which means… warm weather and summer activities! Whether it’s camping, boating, picnics or beaching, being busy can make it difficult to eat healthy. Grab and Go Veggie Hummus Cups are a great summer snack because they’re easy, healthy and delicious!
Grab & Go Veggie Hummus Cups
Makes 1 serving
8 thinly sliced carrot sticks
8 thin slices of sweet bell pepper
8 thin slices of celery
2 tablespoons Lilly’s hummus
*You will need an 8-ounce or 12-ounce mason jar with lid
Place hummus in the bottom of an 8-ounce or 12-ounce mason jar. Wash and slice veggies to the equivalent height of the mason jar. Place veggies in the jar vertically with one end of each veggie dipped in hummus. Place lid on jar and place in the fridge until ready to grab and enjoy!
