Meyer Lemon

Meyer lemons are available year-round and are a cross between a lemon and an orange or mandarin. Meyer lemons are sweeter tasting and have less acidity than a traditional lemon. This makes them perfect for lemon-based desserts!

Moro Orange

Moro oranges are in season January through mid-April. I love how bright red, almost maroon in color Moro oranges are on the inside! You can tell a Moro orange apart from other oranges due to their blush red exterior.

Navel Orange

The navel orange is probably the orange most of us are familiar with. They are in season November through May and are a good source of fiber, not to mention they just taste delicious!

Cara Cara Orange

Cara Cara oranges are known as “The Power Orange” because they have more Vitamin C than a regular orange. In fact just one Cara Cara orange has 150% of your daily value of vitamin C! Cara Cara oranges are in season December through March.

Pummelo

The Pummelo fruit is so much fun! It is the largest of all citrus fruits and sometimes referred to as the “Chinese Grapefruit”. The Pummelo is in season mid-October through May. I love Pummelos because they are less acidic than a grapefruit.
