Hi Cindy! Awesome goals! I try & keep all Healthy Grocery Girl recipes super easy & quick to make so I hope you’ll enjoy them to help you reach your goal of adding more veggies and healthy grains in! Smoothies are also a great way to consume more fruits & veggies in a day if you’re a smoothie fan! Do you have a favorite type of exercise or type of activity you enjoy more than others?
