Hi everyone, my name is Judy and I am so excited to start this journey of eating healthy with the Nourish Program. I can’t wait to see the results of this new lifestyle. My goals are to drink more water, walk at least 30 minutes each day, and eat according to the plan with less meat in my diet. Thanks, Megan!!
Hey Judy!! Drinking enough water is what I struggle with the most as well! So we definitely share the same goal there!! I keep a water bottle at my desk that is about 24-ounces and try and get through 3 in a work day! Best of luck as we kickstart week one!!
