My name is Say, I would love to introduce more plant-based meals, and to learn and apply healthy habits into my life. I have been trying to eat healthy for over a year now, but I always go back to not so healthy food, mainly because I don’t plan my meals, or snacks. I like to cook new recipes, and I like trying new foods, I think I will learn a lot here. And hopefully I can transition to a plant-based diet, that is one of my goals. I usually cook for me, my husband, and my sister. I would like to do the nourishing program, should I start reading week 1, or is better to read other guides before this program? Thank you.

It’s a realistic healthy lifestyle program & really great to ease into healthier habits. I also highly recommend reading or listening to all 16 Nutrition Plan chapters. These chapters are were I share in-depth nutrition knowledge and really help simplify nutrition fact from the fad diets and opinions that float around on the internet these days!!
