    Hi Cindy! Awesome goals! I try & keep all Healthy Grocery Girl recipes super easy & quick to make so I hope you’ll enjoy them to help you reach your goal of adding more veggies and healthy grains in! Smoothies are also a great way to consume more fruits & veggies in a day if you’re a smoothie fan! Do you have a favorite type of exercise or type of activity you enjoy more than others? I’m a fan of going on walks & also jogging 🙂 xx Megan

    I love yoga the most,and then muscle toning with a little bit of aerobics mix, as long as it is not too repetitive, then I tend to get bored.

    I totally can relate! I like going on long walks because it’s nice to have things to look at outside 🙂 Yoga is also great!
