Hey! I have been a subscriber for a while now and a question keeps coming up for me from a friend and I wanted to ask you. The Whole 30 and Paleo diets are really popular now and boast great health benefits. I know lots of people who have done Whole 30. I think there are great benefits in some aspects of these diets in that you get rid of dairy and refined sugar, but you also eat a lot of meat. My initial response is that meat is inflammatory in the body, but can you elaborate on what your response would be to someone who says they think a Paleo diet is healthier?
